In July 2022, trainers Fabiano Buganza and Dexter Wright came together to form SETS. Built on a mutual goal, to help members build strength and learn precise technique in order to achieve the best possible results, whilst remaining injury free.
Originating from Italy, Fab has been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. Beginning his fitness journey by losing 20kg as a teenager Fab began to realise the good he could do for people in similar situations.
Known around the gym as the “technique king” he makes it his highest priority to make sure everyone around him (including himself) is moving to their very best of their ability to help avoid injury, improve performance and stimulate better results.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience in strength training, body composition and cardiovascular health he’s definitely someone we would want guiding us through a tough session. Look out for Fab on our weekly calendar as his classes are not to be missed!
Dexter is at his best when helping people. He started his fitness journey when he realised the benefits of implementing strength training alongside his sports to secure a competitive advantage. He began working out of gyms at 16 years of age and has dedicated his youth into learning from the very best in the industry.
Dexter is known around the gym as “young gun” and does everything within his power to not allow his age to limit him from showcasing his abilities and skill set.
His specialities include strength training biomechanics, body composition, and structural balance. If you are looking for someone to make you feel comfortable, guided and strong, we couldn’t recommend Dexter’s classes more!
